Forgotten Mixtapes is a monthly Dj mix where I will share new and old mixes from the past twenty years of my DJing career. Just music no talking. You will hear a wide range of musical genres and styles. Underground Hip-Hop, Funk, Reggae, Dancehall, Drum and Bass, Jungle, House and Bass Music just to name a few. I think that a good DJ mix should take you on a journey. It has a beginning, hills, valleys, twists, turns, and an end. Come follow me on that journey into the Forgotten Mixtapes. THE MAIN EVENT (Panther vs. Technic 9 - Hip-Hop on 4 Turntables!!)
We are starting season two of Forgotten Mixtapes with a heavy hitter! This mix was done in 2007 on four turntables by me and my DJ partner at the time Technic 9. It also features local MC's Scotty and Goodie MC. This this is fire! It is very near and dear to my heart and is probably the #1 jewel in the Forgotten Mixtapes vault.
The vibe is def on the Funky Hip Hop Tip.
